How long does delivery take?

Processing after successful payment authorization normally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays.

Which returns are accepted?

Defective and non-defective new merchandise can be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new, unused, and in original condition. Exchanges are accepted subject to review and stock. Read the Refund Policy before mailing.

What does return shipping cost?

A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. Obtain approval, then use the enclosed label with the confirmed destination. No restocking fee applies.

When does a refund begin?

We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Provider posting may take longer.
